We are a coalition of media professionals who want to see more women in office. We come from the entertainment, production, digital media, and advertising industries and are honored to donate our talents, time, resources, and network to help further our candidates’ efforts.

Jordan Zaslow

Executive Director

Jordan Zaslow is an award-winning director/producer and champion of female voices. She is thrilled to be serving as Executive Director of Women For The Win, a coalition committed to creating positive political change and giving voice to underrepresented female candidates. 

Zaslow is best known for a series of social experiments she created and directed in partnership with Ashton Kutcher and his company A Plus. The series became an instant phenomenon, accumulating an audience of more than 30 million people, and was nominated for a Cynopsis Social Good Award.

She has since created, produced, and directed dozens of award-winning or nominated projects on the topics of privilege, female beauty standards, girls in STEM, success, regret, race, prejudice, and how humans demonstrate love. Through her work with international organizations such as American Greetings, Doctors Without Borders, Disney, P&G, and CVS, she has built her career on the belief that brands and public figures have a responsibility to understand and share their values.

 

 

Ramaa Mosley is a Director and activist who made her first film at the age of 16 years old winning the United Nations Global 500 award. Over the past 20 years, Mosley has directed three documentaries, two feature films and hundreds of award winning commercials. 

In 2014, Mosley helped launch the US social media movement behind Bring Back Our Girls, working with the Nigeria founders to help raise awareness about the 276 Chibok School Girls who were kidnapped by Boko Haram.

Mosley is also the Executive Creative Director and founder of Adolescent Content, a global GenZ Creative Consultancy and content studio working on advertising and entertainment projects with a network of 3,000 GenZ creators in 20 countries. 85% of Adolescent’s creators are female identifying, people of color and part of the LGBTQIA community.

Amy Rosenthal

Executive Creative Director

Amy is a design leader with 20+ years of experience building high-performing teams and leading innovative initiatives. She has held Creative Executive positions at Corbis, Yahoo! Scripps Networks, and Disney.

In 2016, Amy turned her focus from media and entertainment to leveraging design, technology, and storytelling in efforts aimed at building a more equitable America and taking better care of each other and the planet. Most recently, she worked with the Pete For America (Pete Buttigieg) campaign, leading their UX efforts.

Ileana Paules-Bronet

Social Media Director

Ileana is a professional writer and editor living in New York City. She is passionate about politics and believes women deserve an equal seat at the table. When she isn’t working, you can find her walking her dog and listening to podcasts about politics, true crime, and multi level marketing schemes.

Kate Kerns

Strategic Partnerships Manager, Social Media Strategist

Kate started her communications career at Fifth Estate Communications, a progressive P.R. firm in Washington D.C. where she worked for a variety of nonprofit, small business, and government clients. Since moving back to Portland, Oregon, she’s spent the last four years working in marketing and communications at two of Oregon’s largest performing arts organizations, Portland Center Stage and Oregon Ballet Theatre. She has volunteered with Swing Left and Run for Something, and interned for Sen. Merkley’s 2014 re-election campaign and Rep. Kurt Shrader’s D.C. office. She holds a B.A. in political science from American University. She firmly believes that positive change is made when women from all backgrounds have a seat at the table.

Colleen Davis

Endorsements Manager

Colleen J. Davis has been in the entertainment industry for two decades. In that time, she has worked on television series of all genres including soap operas, reality, live events, children’s programming, & daily talk shows. Over the past few years, Colleen has made the transition from creative producer to clearance producer where she oversees various legal aspects of a production. Politics have always been an important part of Colleen’s life. With a firefighter father & a postal worker mother, local elections had direct impacts on her family. From a young age, she was taught the importance of voting & has still never missed a single chance to submit her ballot. Colleen splits her time between L.A. & her native Seattle. When not working, she can be found traveling or cheering on her favorite soccer teams: the Seattle Sounders, the O.L. Reign, & the U.S. Women’s National Team.

Gabriella Salazar

Communications Strategist

Gabriella Salazar is a communications strategist from Los Angeles, CA. She received her undergraduate degree in Strategic Communication from American University, and has been awarded two master's degrees in Media & Politics and Human Rights & Social Justice from Goldsmiths, University of London. She has previously worked at the British Embassy in Washington, D.C. where she handled Embassy communications during the EU Referendum. While living in London, she spent time honing her political skills, working on campaigns in several countries in Africa, South America, the Caribbean, UK, and US. Gabriella recently relocated back to Los Angeles and has started her communications consulting business.

Cori Ingrassia

Digital Strategist

Cori Ingrassia wears many hats. Through her consultancy company, Complicated Media she simplifies the ever-changing online landscape for businesses & brands by developing their digital strategy, creating engaging content, & building a solid social media footprint, while occasionally flexing her web design muscle along the way.

When Cori is not plugging away on her laptop, she can often be found in front of the camera hosting TV segments, web shows & live events. She is passionate about empowering women to defy social norms, live on their own terms and continue chasing dreams at every age and stage of life.

Sharra Romany

In-house Director/Cinematographer

Sharra Romany is an award-winning TV and Commercial Director/Cinematographer and co-founder of Los Angeles/Cairo based production company, Romany Films. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Inclusion Committee for the Society of Camera Operators (SOC).  

She has traveled the world in search of Monsters on SyFy Channel’s Destination Truth and helped create one of the most popular shows on teeny cooking, Tiny Kitchen. No adventure has been greater though, than homeschooling and traveling around the globe with her three children in search of mummies, pirates, and Disney Parks. 

Sharra’s Mission is to use the entertainment platform to bring awareness of social and cultural issues, the human experience, and to support female voices.

Stacey Jackson

Executive Producer

Stacey has produced dozens of unscripted shows for major television networks including Bravo, MTV, TLC, E!, Food Network, A&E, and ABC Family. Credits include: Teen Mom, Wife Swap, House of DVF, 90 Day Fiancé, and Love After Lockup. In 2016, she completed Fisher Price’s “Look” package which led to new opportunities in branded content and commercials. She’s the one who makes sure all trains are running on time – and under budget.

Jessalyn Haefele

Creative Producer

Jessalyn is an independent producer whose award-winning short films have played at Cannes, Comic-Con and a variety of festivals across the world. 

She has written and produced shows for Discovery, National Geographic and Smithsonian Channels, and has worked extensively in every aspect of film and television - from development through post production - for the past 15 years.  

She’s passionate about healthcare reform, environmental protection, and women’s rights, and is excited and honored to help tell the unique stories of so many amazing candidates working with #WFTW.

Kate Oliva

Creative Producer

Kate is an LA-based writer, producer, and nonprofit founder. The through-line of her work is a focus on amplifying new and underserved voices, creating positive social impact, and (hopefully) making audiences laugh. She puts a premium on working with, learning from, and supporting other women and groups who want to create these narratives.

Sydney Yockey

Assistant to the Executive Director

Sydney is a 2020 graduate from Northwestern University where she majored in Radio/TV/Film and minored in Business Institutions and Chinese. She spent the last few summers interning at Michael de Luca Productions, Everyman Pictures, BTB Management, and the San Diego Mayor's Office. As a freelance videographer, she makes videos to promote small businesses, and as a short film producer, she focuses on amplifying underrepresented voices. Sydney is passionate about female empowerment, reproductive rights, and education reform. She is excited to join the Women for the Win team in their mission to support progress-minded female candidates.
